I guess CSC has finished the deatlines, although some silkroad and mofcom scholarships are still available in some universities.

MOFCOM is another scholarship and can be applied through Embassy with pre-admission letter.

Hi,

Yes you can go ahead for bilateral scholarship with pre-admission letter. Not only this but you can also apply on MofCom scholarship with pure admission letter from your embassy.

Im not familiar with Bilateral scholarship, but if they say this, you may proceed. or you may proceed with embassy because embassy also help with pre admission letter.

They have sent me a Pre-admission letter but in their message they did mentioned that l should use the letter to apply for category A which is the Bi-lateral type to increase my chances of getting the scholarship.

Yes!!! It was important to have a stamp on photo.

you need to email that form again to the university with stamped photograph.
