Method:
1. Boil Elbow Macaroni in balling ea tad water for 54 minutes drain under cold running water, add 1 tbsp oii,m ix and refrigerate
2 Boil chicken with 1 cup water and 1K2 tsp salt for 10 Jminutes reduce the liquid and set aside in fridge
3 Boil carrot, green peas and potato in 1 Clip of water and salt Set aside intndge
4 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with mayOnnaise Serve cold
Note: For beef use beet undercut and for mutton use boneless mutton cubes and replace them with chicken in step # 3 For mutton add 2 cups of water, cook on low heat for 20 minutes remove lid and reduce any liquid remaining Followrthe recipe forward
