how Are you? I have done my bachlor in Eectrical engineering from university of Lahore (UOL) now i'm looking for apply in Master programm in China on the basis of free funded scholarship .. I want to study in any university that should locate in Shanghai city .can you guide me how to apply and what is ceriteria of any univetsity for apply plus tell me the names of universities in Shanghai those offering Ms in an Electrical Engineering and i have 3.08 CGPA.. i will be very glad
